Delivery Policy
- All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
- NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
- If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
- If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
- If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
- We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
- We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia.

Yes, we can ship according to your courier choice. However, shipping fee will be charged according to courier chosen. For more details, please do contact us.
Delivery will usually take around 1-7 working days.
Payment has to be done prior to self-collection at our outlets. After payment is done, our team will pack goods according to your order for you. Shipping fee will not be applied.
Please do inform us if you are choosing to self-collect at our shop after you’ve completed your payment. We will arrange your purchase at selected branch within 7 working days for your convinience.
NOTE: If the selected outlet does not have ready stock, we will try our best to arrange stock for you within 14 working days within. You will be informed by our service team regarding this issue.
Please Note :
Shipping fee will be deducted automatically for buyer from West Malaysia. For buyers from East Malaysia, shipping fee will informed by our service team based on your choice of courier before confirmation of your order.
If your product is rejected or returned due to a failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges.
Please inform us once you have placed your order, we will make sure the items are packed and shipped out after you have completed your payment.
